Arjun Guha is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. He has broad research interests in programming languages and has made contributions to web programming, network programming, and systems. For the past few years, he has been developing LLMs for low-resource programming languages, studying how programmers use Generative AI, and investigating the internal mechanisms of LLMs that enable them to perform programming tasks. Arjun received a PhD in Computer Science from Brown University in 2012 and a BA in Computer Science from Grinnell College in 2006. Before joining Northeastern, he was an associate professor at University of Massachusetts Amherst and a postdoctoral researcher at Cornell University.
