I am interested in reviewing the following issues and giving feedback on possible improvements:

Architecture of systems implemented in Java using the latest technologies, such as XML and JSP and EJB. Work with architects and implementors.
Specifying business processes and translating them to Java applications. Work with specifiers and implementors.
Sustainability (maintainability and adaptability) of the software under development. Check for adequate tangling control to better express the many crosscutting issues. Work with implementors.

Our work on the Demeter System uses many ideas that are now found in commercially available technologies.
