You should submit your .cd, .beh, .prj files and any other source files
that can not be generated from other files. You don't need to submit
CreateClassGraph.java or AspectJTraversal.java unless you modified them
(in that case, you need to explain why you choosed to do so). Package all
of those files into a single file and zip it using gzip.
