Subject: Unix Permissions

Hi, everyone.
Does anybody know if there is a capability in Unix to grant
all permissions on a directory to one specific user (i.e. my project
file). chmod can only change my permissions, group permissions and
everone's and permissions.
If there is such a command, please explain how to do it.
