Subject: lecture notes

I have named the lecture notes in a systematic way:
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/lieber/com1205/w03/lectures/
lec*short*
describes the lecture notes we are using. Some of those files
have a corresponding file without the short where you can find a longer version
of the lecture notes.
Currently,
ls lec*short*
lec1-short-1205-f02.ppt
lec1a-short-1205-f02.ppt
lec1b-navig-object-graphs-short-1205-f02.ppt
lec1b-short-navig-object-graphs-1205-f02.ppt
lec1c-short-soft-eng-1205-f02.ppt
and this is the order in which we have started the slides.
But we finish them in a different order.
I also frequently react to questions in class and during office hours
and sometimes I rearrange my lectures. For example, yesterday
I showed two viewgraphs about use-case-driven development
becuase of questions I got.
Software design and development is a quickly developing field
and sometimes I update my notes shortly before class.
I also try not to use too many Powerpoint viewgraphs and sometimes
I decide to develop the material on the board.
